Talking Beforehand

I am happy to schedule a 10-15 minute phone call to hear more about the problems you are facing, and to share more about myself and how I approach therapy, and to answer any of your questions!

Rates

Therapy will cost you...your heart and soul, and the discomfort of letting someone really see you. Plus, you know, time and money. My hourly rate is $250 for the first session, and $225 for weekly sessions afterwards. I see clients a min of 1x a week.

Currently I currently am only taking on new clients who are willing to come at least once per week. If you want to meet less frequently, I am not the therapist you are looking for.

Location

I am currently only seeing clients through teletherapy. I can see clients who are located anywhere in the state of Maryland or Pennsylvania this way.

Are Therapy Sessions Covered by Insurance?

I am an out of network provider. Whether sessions are covered will depend on your insurance plan, and whether or not you have any out of network benefits for mental health. 

Some insurance plans will reimburse you for sessions. I require clients to pay all fees up front, and then I provide clients a monthly superbill receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company if you have out of network mental healed benefits.

Who I Work With

I mostly work with adults, ages 17 and up. In some rare cases, I do couples therapy.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss your scheduled appointment and do not inform me 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment

Credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
